 Arc
is very proud to welcome yet another producer to their local farmer's
list. This time in the form of farm fresh eggs...and we have plenty
of them. Welcome Bekings Farms!
Look for these and other fresh ingredients to be incorporated in our
latest catering menu.
Also, recently I was privileged enough to cook lunch for the esteemed
Randall Grahm, winemaker of Bonny Doon Vineyards
in Santa Cruz, California (some of my preferred wines come from his
collection). As a bonus, I got to sit down and sample some of
Randall's amazing wines.
And so, as the days grow shorter and colder once more, the leaves
show their true colours...yes, fall is here. My favorite season by
far. Squash, pumpkin, apple....these versatile ingredients are now
awaiting the careful transformation they deserve...and this year,
more than ever, they will be receiving very special treatment in our
new menu. Look for our inspired dishes featuring these beauties. How
about an acorn squash crème brulee to go with your turkey this year?
